How long will it take to receive my order?

All Items are usually posted out the same day (on all orders received before 3pm) You should receive them within 24-48 hrs.

My order is a gift for someone, can I add a message?

Yes. Just contact us with the relevant information and we will do the rest.

I need to return an item.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days. All garments must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn, with all tags on. When we receive the items we will give a full refund (excluding delivery costs).

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty when you receive it, please contact a member of our customer services team, and we will then advise you what to do.

Do I have to pay for return postage?

Yes if you are returning an item for an exchange or refund the cost of returning it is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until we receive the item back in store.

No. If you prefer you can call us on 01924 291939 and speak to one of our fully trained members of staff. We can then process your order over the phone.
